Service Description
Length: 4 Weeks Duration: 4 Days a Week, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday Time: 10am - 2pm Total Hours: 64 Hours Tuition: $2,200 (includes $600 kit fee) WEEK 1: • Introduction and Review of Program • Careers in Makeup Artistry • Makeup Kit Review: Explanation, Product Review and Station Setup Sanitation Practices • Lighting • Traveling • Photo Editing/Basic Photography Skills • History of Makeup • Water Based vs. Silicone Based • Allergies/Sensitivities • Skin Prep: Primers, Ingredients, Product Knowledge from a licensed Esthetician • Color Theory: Color Correcting, Foundation Matching, Concealing • Facial Anatomy: Highlight, Contour, Blush, Bronzing, Sculpting • Cream vs. Powder Products WEEK 2: • History of Eyebrows • Eyebrow mapping/shaping • Facial Anatomy: Eye Shapes and Bone Structure • Eyeshadow for Every Shape • False Lashes • Eyeliner: Winged, Siren, Trending, Etc. • Curling Lashes/Mascara Application • Lips: Lip Shapes, Lip Products • Full Face Makeup Application WEEK 3: • Deep Skin Color Theory (models will be provided) • Mature Skin Makeup Application (models will be provided) • Male Makeup/Grooming (models will be provided) • Clinical/Camouflage Makeup: Vitiligo, Melasma, Hyperpigmentation, Tattoo Cover Up, Etc. WEEK 4: • Smokey Eyes/Night Glam Makeup • High Definition (HD) Makeup: Print and Photography Makeup • Professional Photoshoot (models will be provided) • Portfolio Building • Set Etiquette • Business of Makeup: Business License, Insurance, Taxes, Marketing, Social Media, • Website Building, Contracts, Pricing • Graduation! Cancellation Policy
TUITION & PAYMENTS: Tuition is $2,200 and includes a makeup kit valued at $600. A $600 non-refundable deposit is required to secure a seat and must be paid before the class start date. Students may choose to pay in full, use the weekly payment plan, or use the Flex Plan (complete the 4 weeks within 12 months). All remaining balances must be paid before a certificate is awarded. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS: The $600 deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance. If a student cancels, withdraws, or does not attend class, they forfeit the deposit and will not receive the makeup kit. Tuition paid after the course begins is non-refundable but may be credited toward a future session if approved by the Academy. MAKEUP KIT POLICY: The professional kit is only issued on the first day of class to students who attend in person. Students who cancel or no-show do not receive the kit, even if the deposit has been paid. ATTENDANCE POLICY: Students may miss one class day maximum to remain eligible for certification. Missing more than one day requires making up the missed sessions in a future cohort within 12 months of the original start date. Students arriving more than 20 minutes late may stay for class, but the day will count as an absence. Consistent lateness or unprofessional behavior may result in dismissal without refund. PAYMENT PLAN POLICY: Students using the Weekly Payment Plan must complete payments ($400 per week) due before attending each session. Future seats are subject to availability. CERTIFICATION: Certificates are granted only when all tuition is paid in full, attendance requirements are met, and all coursework/practical assignments are completed. PROFFESIONAL CONDUCT: Students are expected to behave respectfully, maintain cleanliness, bring required materials, and follow all sanitation guidelines. Failure to meet these standards may result in removal from the program.
